Resolved
1. The accounts of the cemetery having been audited by a committee this afternoon and found correct that this meeting sanctions their approval. (Proposed by John Tucker, seconded by Edwin Vivian)

2. That Henry Taylor, be a trustee in the place of John Thomas.

3. That John Borrows of Treworrick be a trustee in place of Humphrey Blight.
