Resolved,
1. Passed accounts in treasurers hand £3 7s 7d.
2. That if Mr Heath, do not immediately pay for his land the trustees will take it in their hands and sell it Immediately as they have a purchaser.
3. That the Annual Meeting be held in the Primitive Chapel October 29th when a statement of accounts be presented to the Meeting.
4. That William H. Martin, audit the accounts.
