Annual General Meeting of the Trustees held in the Liberal Club on Monday, March 21st, 1973.

Present : Messrs W. J. Hambly, T. Hawke, S. Cole, M. Doney, J. Hosken, W. Hosken, N. Couch, L. Mitchell, H. Arnold and L. W. Skentlebery.
The minutes of the last meeting were read by the secretary and passed as correct.
Mr T. Hawke read the balance sheet, which was very satisfactory.
The officers were all re-elected and thanked.
Proposed and seconded that Mr T. Hawke be given grave in cemetery.
Proposed and seconded that the secretary ring Mr A Hosken, Venland and ar range meeting with Mr Hambly, Mr Hawke and the secretary.
Proposed and seconded the secretary write to Mr Wilcox of Westwood, Liskeard, re curb etc laying in the cemetery.
Proposed and seconded the price of single and double graves be raised to five pounds and the burial fee to three pounds.
The condition of the cemetery was very satisfactory.
Proposed and seconded the secretary ring Mr Ray Stephens and arrange for the land to be bought up.
