A Trustees Meeting held in the Liberal Club room on February 1st 1977.

The meeting was held to fill in the forms relating to the Post Office Bank Book, a resolution was passed by a majority vote that the persons to be signatories of the account be the following persons:-
Mr W. J. Hambly, Mr N. Couch, Mr H. Stacey. Those signing as witnesses were :- Mr M. Doney, Mr L. Mitchell, Mr V. Hawke. Mr W. Hosken, presided over the meeting as chairman.
