Resolved,
That the Treasurer make the following payments.
1. To Mr Collins, for the building of 3rd perch of wall at 1/11 and 1s for cleaning out the foundation.
2. To Mr Bishop, 19/6 for lime.
3. To Mr Samuel Goodman drawing stone and lime £2 2s 6d.
4. To Mr William Daniel Venland 2/6 for drawing stone and 3/- for 4posts, and 11/- for rising and loading stone and £1 4s 0d for sand.
5. To Mr Isaacs for wire fencing £3 1s 2d.
6. To Mr William Toms for cleaning out foundation 2/-.
