The annual meeting of the trustees of St Cleer General Cemetery held in the Liberal room on the 14th of April 1987 at 7:30 p.m..

Mr W. Hosken was elected chairman.
Apology from Mr F. Hooper.
Members attending were Messrs W. Hosken, W. Hambly, L. Mitchell, N. Couch, E. Warring, N. Harper, M. Doney, R. Jago and H. Stacey.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and signed, all officers were re-elected.
All agreed that we are pleased with the way Mr R. Hooper is keeping the cemetery grass cut.
Disappointment was expressed that the transfer of the piece of land for the extension to the cemetery was taking such a long time, the matter was still in the hands of Messrs Bond Pearce, Solicitors of Plymouth.
Cemetery fees to remain the same.
A satisfactory financial report was given by the treasurer, Mr W. Hambly. The Allen grass machine has now been sold.
Mr Jago stated that he would repair the chapel roof in the near future.
The meeting closed at 8:45 p.m.
