The annual meeting of the Trustees of St Cleer Cemetery was held at the Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday June 4 1996 at 7:30 p.m.

Present : Messrs N. Couch, M. Doney, R.Brokenshire, B. Hooper, E. Warring, P. Stacey, R. Jago, and H. Stacey.
Apologies from F. Hooper.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and signed. It was agreed that we ask Mr Udy to cut the cemetery grass, at £80 for the first cut, £40 per cut thereafter. Mr Jago will see to the roof repair. Mr Len Mitchell wants to retire from the committee as a trustee.
Brian Hooper agreed to fix two posts marking the new extension to the cemetery.
The meeting closed at 8:30 p.m.
