The Annual Meeting of the Trustees of St Cleer Cemetery held in the Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday 17th June 1997 at 7:30 p.m..

Present : M. Doney, E. Warring, B. Hooper, P Stacey, R. Brokenshire, H. Stacey.
Members stood in remembrance of the late N. Couch and L. Hawke. All agreed that the cemetery was in a satisfactory condition, thanks to the Udy Brothers. Mr E. Warring is supplying a field gate for the side entrance. It was suggested that we look into obtaining planning permission for the extension, for change of use to a cemetery.
The meeting closed at 8:45 p.m..
