The Annual Meeting of the Trustees of St Cleer Cemetery held in the Chapel of the 24th June 1998 at 7:30 p.m..

Present : M. Doney, R. Jago, R. Brokenshire, E. Warring, F. Hooper, P. Stacey, H. Stacey.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and signed as correct.
The financial report was given.
With reference to the surface water turned into our land by the builder on the adjoining site, they have now agreed to stop this water from entering our land.
The following please have been agreed, each burial in double depth grave £60, burial in a single depth grave £120, interment of ashes £25, reserving a plot £25, fee for memorial for burial or cremation £30.
