The Annual Meeting of the Trustees held on 25th June 2003 at 7:30 p.m..

Those present were : E. Warring, R. Jago, M. Doney, F. Hooper, R. Brokenshire, P. Stacey and H. Stacey.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and signed as correct.
The financial report was read and expenditure was £290 more than the income. It was stated that the cemetery was in very good condition.
The south side of the Chapel roof needs attention, and repair to the gutter on the north side, this must be seen to be urgently.
The meeting closed at 8:30 p.m..
