The Annual Meeting of the Trustees held on the 9th June 2004 at 7:30 p.m.

Those present were: E. Warring, R. Jago, M. Doney, B.Hooper, P. Stacey and H. Stacey.
Apologies received from R. Brokenshire.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and signed, the financial report was read and all agreed satisfactory.
The chapel roof was discussed and it was decided to delay any decision on work to it until we know if we are to get a grant from the English Heritage.
Brian Hooper said he would see to any loose slates.
It was decided to cut down the laurel tree outside of the chapel.
The meeting closed at 8:15 p.m..
