The proceedings of the Annual Meeting held at the Association Chapel November 3rd 1871, St Cleer.

Resolved
1. That Mr Daniel pay to Mr Richards such an amount as can be paid, at Christmas next to r reduce the borrowed capital.
2. That the next annual meeting be held alone for the cemetery's business by Trustees and Public.
3. That four of the trustees be chosen to act in case anything should be needed in connection with the cemetery.
4. That William Daniel, William Crago, Peter Matthews and William Martin be the acting committee in whatever maybe be required to do.
