The proceedings of the Annual Meeting held at Mr Daniel Hoare Venland, November 11th, 1874

Resolved,
1. The past year's accounts be adopted.
2. That Mr T Sibly to be treasurer in place of Mr Daniel, for cemetery.
3. That W. Daniel, Peter Matthews, W. Martin and W. Crago continue as managing committee for ensuing year.
4. That F Waddleton duly elected as trustee in place of J. Taylor.
