Trustee Meeting held at R Stantan’s 19th October 1888.

Resolved,
1. That Mr Martin occupy the chair.
2. That accounts for the past year be adopted and passed.
3. That Mr Frederick Dawe be appointed trustee in place of Mr S. Goodman.
4. That Messrs W. Martin, J. Goodman and F Dawe be the working committee for the next year.
5. That same treasurer and secretary be appointed as before for the year ensuing.
