Trustee Meeting held in the Council Schoolroom, November 14, 1907

Present : Messrs F. Dawe, C Kellow, A J Cock, W. H. Olliver, F. Williams, WJG Harris, J. Stanaway, J. Stephens, E Hicks, SL Stephens and L Skentlebery
Resolved.
1. That Mr Dawe be chairman
2. That the financial statement be passed as read
3. That Mr J. Stephens be treasurer for the ensuing year
4. That Mr L. Skentlebery be secretary
5. That Messrs F. Dawe, J. Williams and J. Stephens be the working committee.
6. That the Society Stewards of the Various Chapels in the Parish be invited to arrange for quarterly collections during the coming year, in order to clear off the debt on the cemetery
