Annual Meeting of Trustees held in the Council Schoolroom, November 28th 1913

Present : Messrs J. Stanaway, SL Stephens, J. Mitchell, J Stephens, C. Kellow, A J. Phillips, A J. Cock and L. Skentlebery
Resolved,
1. That Mr SL Stephens be chairman.
2. That the balance sheet be passed.
3. That the amount in the hands of the treasurer, towards the liquidation of the debt be handed over to Mr Dawe at Christmas.
4. That Mr Skentlebery being reappointed secretary
5. That Mr John Stephens be reappointed treasurer.
6. That the working committee be reappointed.
7. That Mr a J. Phillips be asked to make arrangements for concert with the object of paying off the debt on the cemetery
