Trustee minutes for: 2-7-1973.
A Special Meeting called on Monday, July 2, 1973 to deal with the Cemetery extension.
Present : W. J. Hambly, T. Hawke, M. Doney, N. Harper, R Jago, W. Hosken, L. Mitchell, N. Couch, V. Hawke, H. Stacey and the secretary.
Mr Hambly gave a most satisfactory explanation re the new piece of land.
Proposed and seconded the secretary right to Mr Angelly, thanking him for his gift of the land on behalf of the trustees.
Proposed by Mr L. Mitchell and seconded by Mr N. Harper, that no more curbs be fitted in the cemetery after July 1, 1973.
Trustees of the cemetery advertise burials prior to 1920 will be levelled, any objections to the secretary within one month.
Proposed and seconded Mr Hambly be thanked for the work he has done in purchasing the ground for the new cemetery and be thanked for the £15 he donated to the new grass machine.
