Trustee minutes for: 20-5-1993.
The Annual Meeting of the Trustees of St Cleer Cemetery held at the cemetery chapel on the 20th of May 1993 at 7:30 p.m..
Present : Messrs S. Wilton, N. Couch, E. Warring, M. Doney, R. Jago, F. Hooper, B. Hooper, W. Hosken and H. Stacey.
Apologies from Mr L. Mitchell.
Mr W. Hosken was elected chairman.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and signed. The Council Direct Services will cut the grass twice a year.
It was decided that no application for planning permission be submitted for the new piece of land, the cost of same and the search required would be too costly for the time being.
Mr B. Hooper suggested 4 concrete posts be erected to mark the boundary of the new piece of land, and he will carry out the work. The new cemetery fees will be as follows, first and second burials £40 each, burial of ashes £20, reserving of plot £25, erection of memorial £25, cremation tablet £20.
H. G. Stacey to continue with the offices of secretary and treasurer.
Mr W. Hosken proposed a vote of thanks to Mr H. G. Stacey, for services rendered.
