Trustee minutes for: 10-3-1914.
General Meeting of Trustees held March 10th 1915.
Present : Messrs F. Dawe, J. Stephens, F. Williams, W. Daniel, J. Stanaway, C. Kellow, E. Batten, J. Mitchell, A Phillips and L. Skentlebery.
Mr Dawe was appointed chairman and briefly recalled the object for which the meeting was convened, viz. The election of a sexton in place of Mr F. Cowling. There were three candidates for the office, and on a ballot to be taken the result was as follows

Samuel Stephens 3
G. H. Knight 0
The chairman having pointed out that T.Bishop had received a clear majority of the votes cast, declared him to be elected
It was then resolved that the a sexton be informed that all monies received should be immediately handed over to the secretary
A general discussion afterwards took place as to the more precise definition of the sexton's duties, and it was finally resolved that the working committee should meet the sexton at the cemetery on the following Wednesday and there inform him concerning the duties of his office.
